I am honored to be able to provide my constituents with American flags, including ones that have flown over the Capitol in Washington, DC. The flags are made of nylon or cotton and are available in a variety of sizes. Flags may be flown on any day of the year and make wonderful gifts for special occasions or events.

If you are interested in purchasing a flag through my office, you must either be a resident of my congressional district, or be sending the flag to a person who is in my district. All flags are sold at cost plus shipping and handling. Flag cost varies between $9.00 and $25.00 depending on size, material and if it has flown over the U.S. Capitol. When ordering, please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Each flag that is flown is accompanied by a certificate confirming that it was flown over the U.S. Capitol. The certificate reads:

“This is to certify that the accompanying flag was flown over the United States Capitol on [Month, Date, Year] at the request of the Honorable Tammy Baldwin, Member of Congress."

You may also request additional text personalizing the certificate (i.e., birthday greeting, retirement, Eagle Scout award, etc.).

If multiple flags are requested to be flown, they will all be flown on the same date and shipped at the same time. If you need flags flown on different dates, you must submit separate order requests for each separate date to fly the flags. Please use the order form to specify the flags and certificate information you want, then print the resulting order request for mailing.
